Unit 25 và unit 47 đã cho bạn từ vựng về trường lớp và cải cách giáo dục. Unit này tách hai câu hỏi mà người ta hay gộp làm một: AI ĐƯỢC VÀO, và ĐIỂM SỐ NÓI LÊN ĐIỀU GÌ. Điểm phân biệt band 7.5 nằm ở hai phân biệt kỹ thuật. Thứ nhất, độ tin cậy khác tính hiệu lực: một bài thi chuẩn hóa cho kết quả rất ổn định mà vẫn có thể không đo đúng thứ người ta dùng nó để quyết định. Thứ hai, điểm tăng có thể là dạy tốt hơn HOẶC luyện thi tốt hơn, và số liệu thường không tách được hai thứ đó. Đoạn đọc còn chỉ ra rằng khoảng cách đã mở từ năm tuổi, nên nhiều khi nhà trường bị đo bằng một chênh lệch nó thừa hưởng.
