Truyền thông là chủ đề Task 2 hay hỏi "tin giả", "quảng cáo" và "vai trò của báo chí", còn Speaking thì hỏi bạn đọc tin ở đâu. Ở band 4.0–4.5, thí sinh thường chỉ có "news" và "TV", rồi mắc ba lỗi cố hữu: coi "news" là số nhiều ("the news are…"), quên "the" trong "the media", và nói "contact with someone" thay vì "keep in touch with". Unit này cho bạn từ để nói ai đưa tin, đưa thế nào, và tin đó đáng tin đến đâu.
Làm nhanh để biết mình cần tập trung vào đâu. Không tính điểm.
