Ở chặng Essential bạn đã học từ vựng đi khám bệnh: symptom, prescription, treatment. Unit này nâng lên tầm hệ thống — thứ mà Task 2 và Listening Section 3 thật sự hỏi: healthcare system, GP, consultant, waiting list, ageing population, preventive care. Nhiều từ ở đây đi kèm giới từ cố định, và đó chính là chỗ mất điểm: “vaccinated from”, “suffer of”, “in the waiting list”, “addiction of”.
