Đề Task 2 về tội phạm hầu như luôn hỏi cùng một câu: phạt nặng hơn hay cải tạo? Muốn trả lời được, bạn cần ba nhóm từ: tên các tội (burglary, vandalism, shoplifting), quy trình pháp lý (arrest, trial, sentence, custody, probation), và ngôn ngữ tranh luận (deterrent, reoffend, rehabilitation, community service). Ba lỗi hay gặp ở band 5.0 là “arrested because of”, “in surveillance”, và “reoffend again”.
