📘 Giải thích tiếng Việt

Danh từ đếm được (countable nouns)

Là danh từ có thể đếm, có dạng số ít và số nhiều. Ví dụ: one shoptwo shops. Dùng với a/an, many, a few, số đếm. Chú ý danh từ số nhiều bất quy tắc: child ➔ children, foot ➔ feet, man ➔ men, tooth ➔ teeth, person ➔ people.

Danh từ không đếm được (uncountable nouns)

Không đếm được, không có dạng số nhiều và luôn đi với động từ số ít. Ví dụ: advice, bread, furniture, information, money, news, rice, homework. Dùng với a little, much, a bit of / a piece of. Ví dụ: The news is good.

Lượng từ (quantifiers) và sự hòa hợp động từ

Dùng cho cả hai loại: a lot of / lots of, some, any (trong câu hỏi/phủ định). Động từ chia theo danh từ: đếm được số nhiều ➔ động từ số nhiều; không đếm được ➔ động từ số ít (The money is here).

Điểm cần nhớ

Clothesjeans luôn ở dạng số nhiều. Một số từ đổi nghĩa: paper (giấy - không đếm) và a paper (tờ báo); glass (thủy tinh) và a glass (cái cốc).

Tổng điểm: 0/44
